Great location to marina, beach, bars & restuarants yet quiet to relax. Appartment and facilities were excellent.

We had a room with a terrace and a comfortable bed. The snack bar was a delightful surprise. Just a short distance to playa del ingles...

Just an appropriate option for a city escape in Puerto Rico with value for money. Be sure to grab some snacks from the pool bar during happy hour.

Hotel was very nice, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nicely situated at the port and only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Very close to restaurants, bars and shops, all within short walking distance. We took a junior suite, which was quite nice, well equipped. Breakfast buffet was delicious and slightly varied from day to day. Pool was a good size and never too full.

Was slightly disappointed to see signs of dampness and peeling on the wall in the living room/kitchen area, which sort of took away from the look of the apartment. Although our neighbours were not too noisy, in the bathroom and bedroom we could clearly hear the people next door and above us. Our apartment was directly in front of the pool which had of course it's advantages, but the disadvantage was that we couldn't open the curtains in the morning to let the light in when we woke up, as people outside at the pool would have a clear view inside our apartment. Bed was slightly uncomfortable, double bed was two single beds pushed together, with single sheets on each bed...not the most comfortable.

I loved everything about Morasol Suites. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with advices. Room was spacious and the view was outstanding. There was safe parking in the back of the hotel and 3rd floor solarium is a cherry on top of everything. I highly recommend it.

The pool area is pristine.

The hotel bar closes early in the evening, which limits options to enjoy a drink after sunset.

The room was spacious with a killer view of the marina. Staff were superb-always smiling and keen to help. Breakfast was such a lekker start to the day, especially the Nespresso machine for that morning java!

The evening bar hours could do with a bit of a boost-would've loved some after-dinner drinks.

The apartement was very spacieus and well equipped. They even proposed us a free upgrade despite the fact that it was a holiday week in several countries.

We were disappointed with the restaurant (half board) (the breakfast was very good). Almost no vegetables, and especially for kids they propose choises which were not nutritionally very balanced .

The location right by the marina offered fine views. The room was spacious and cleaned daily, which I really appreciated. The rooftop terrace was a highlight, with plenty of sunbeds and a lovely Jacuzzi. Staff responsiveness stood out. They helped arrange a last-minute upgrade for a better view. The evening bar hours were limited, a bummer since I expected a livelier atmosphere. I noticed a lack of maintenance in our bathroom, with a leak during a storm that wasn't resolved promptly.

Big apartments, awesome pool and excellent service from the hotel staff and the restaurant staff. We had a very nice holiday and we were very sad to leave and go back home...

The water temperature in the shower tends to change quite a lot, not a big problem but it is the only thing we didn't like.

Very good location,nearby the port of Porto Rico. Very calm atmosphere,also around the pool. Spatial rooms with kitchen and fridge. Staff is friendly and helpfull. The BBQ at the hotel's restaurant was excellent.

The beds are very very hard! A 4star hotel should have comfortable beds. Shower in the badroom switches from icecold to very hot. Try to avoid room 220 or 221, in the morning you have a lot of noice from the Jacuzzi just above the rooms on the topdeck.

The spacious and immaculate room had a fantastic view of the marina. The attentive staff were friendly.

I find the staff at this hotel is very attentive and friendly. This hotel is on a great location ,plenty of activites going on .It is also very clean.

The water temperature in the shower is sometimes cold,sometimes hot.
